Hotel is great! New, beautiful, clean, quite. Room is big, has all you need, bed is comfortable. We liked a sweet gift, very pleasant. Although it is surrounded by roads noise is not a trouble. Noise from corridors is heard sometimes but it is not the problem of teh hotel, rather problem of people who live there. Staff is super helpful and pleasant. Emirkan, Musa, Begum, thanks a lot for your service! It is far from city center but you can get there with no problem by bus or taxi. There is a supermarket and few cafes nearby, so for me location is great as well.

First of all, i should start by saying that was the smoothest check-in i have ever had in my whole life, the staff was too nice and helpful including their guest agent (Denis), we got a great welcome and explanation of everything. The rooms were clean and organized, it’s a decent size room compared to the other hotels, our room were cleaned daily including changing the towels and the other stuff. The breakfast has a different categories of everything, including bread, cheese and everything else that you would like in your breakfast.

I loved the small touch such as welcoming fruits, double checks to ensure that the room and amenities met my expectation. The guest relations arzu was also super nice and eager to ensure my stay was agreeable and I appreciated that. I also loved the fact that there was a shopping center 12 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

Prime Lounge was best,shisha was amazing.Cleaning perfect.Best Air conditioners all working perfectly giving weather so cool and technical service always with you every hour.Specially thanks Arzu Deniz Merve Ms Begum and Emirkan and Zeynep.
